What is ZoomInfo Copilot?

ZoomInfo Copilot was an AI sales workspace for prospecting, account prioritization, buyer signals, and meeting preparation. ZoomInfo now directs buyers to GTM Workspace, where Copilot's AI engine serves as a native agent layer. ZoomInfo Lite is free with 10 monthly credits, while paid access is custom quoted by features, licenses, credits, and integrations.

ZoomInfo Copilot was a sales product from ZoomInfo Technologies, founded in 2007 by Henry Schuck. ZoomInfo reports more than 3,000 employees, over 35,000 fast-growing companies using GTM Workspace, and data covering more than 500 million contacts and 100 million companies. Copilot served sellers who needed account research, buyer identification, prioritization, and outreach preparation. ZoomInfo's October 2026 AI page says the standalone name is no longer current. Its AI engine now operates inside GTM Workspace, the seller-facing product launched in October 2025. That change matters for buyers comparing old reviews with current offerings. They are not choosing a separate Copilot subscription today. They are evaluating ZoomInfo's broader sales workspace and its native AI agent layer.

A normal Copilot workflow began with an account or prospect search, followed by buyer discovery and account ranking. ZoomInfo described verified decision-maker discovery, changing account priorities, complete deal briefs, and buying-group intelligence. The wider workspace combines CRM records, buying intent, company details, personnel changes, call transcripts, and email history. GTM Workspace can create account briefs, meeting preparation documents, deal reports, and personalized outreach. Sellers can send drafts through Gmail, Outlook, Outreach, or Salesloft. GTM Studio adds play orchestration, waterfall enrichment, inbound acceleration, champion tracking, and competitive displacement workflows. In practice, the system depends on connected CRM and engagement data. Restricting those fields can materially reduce the usefulness of its AI features.

ZoomInfo describes its technology as a combination of its B2B data foundation, CRM records, conversation intelligence, buying signals, and AI agents. It does not name a foundation model for Copilot or GTM Workspace. GTM Studio launched in May 2025, and GTM Workspace launched in October 2025. ZoomInfo lists Agent Teams as an October 2026 release. These specialized agents can run complete go-to-market plays within approvals and limits, while logging actions. GTM.AI provides headless access through an API, command-line interface, and MCP server. The releases place Copilot in a historical position. Its capabilities continue through current ZoomInfo products, but the product name no longer identifies a separately sold application.

ZoomInfo does not publish a standard dollar price for Copilot or GTM Workspace. Current quotes depend on features, licenses, credit usage, integrations, API access, and contract terms. ZoomInfo Lite is a permanent free plan with 10 monthly credits, no credit card, and no commitment. ZoomInfo says developers can use GTM.AI without a platform subscription, although it does not publish an included usage allowance. Each company or contact export consumes one credit, including exports through the platform, browser extension, API, CRM, marketing automation, or sales automation integrations. Streaming Intent is an add-on priced by keyword volume and account universe. Older Professional, Advanced, Elite, and Copilot prices are not current official rates. Buyers therefore need a written quote that separates seats, export allowances, optional signals, and developer access.

The central limitation is that buyers cannot purchase Copilot as a clearly defined standalone product. Paid pricing remains custom, and results depend on data coverage, CRM access, credit consumption, integrations, and governance. Apollo.io offers a more self-serve prospecting workflow with search, enrichment, sequencing, and outreach. Seamless.AI focuses on contact discovery, enrichment, outreach, and API-led prospecting. 6sense places more emphasis on intent-led account orchestration. ZoomInfo also requires customers to review privacy obligations, licensing terms, and human oversight rules for AI output. Former Copilot buyers should choose GTM Workspace for the current ZoomInfo AI experience, especially when account intelligence must connect to CRM activity and enterprise sales workflows.

  • Enterprise sales teams prioritizing named B2B accounts.
  • Revenue operations teams connecting CRM activity to buyer signals.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much did ZoomInfo Copilot cost?

ZoomInfo did not publish a standard dollar price for Copilot. Its current pricing page says packages depend on features, licenses, credit usage, integrations, and contract terms. ZoomInfo Lite is free with 10 monthly credits. Because Copilot is no longer sold as a standalone product, buyers should request pricing for GTM Workspace or another current ZoomInfo package.

Is ZoomInfo Copilot still available?

Not under its former standalone name. ZoomInfo's October 2026 AI information page says Copilot's AI engine is now the native agent layer in GTM Workspace, which launched in October 2025. Buyers seeking similar capabilities should evaluate GTM Workspace, ZoomInfo Sales, GTM Studio, and GTM.AI rather than looking for a separate Copilot subscription.

How does ZoomInfo Copilot compare with Apollo.io?

Copilot focused on account prioritization, buyer signals, buying groups, and sales workflows tied to ZoomInfo intelligence. Apollo.io combines contact search, enrichment, sequencing, and outreach in a more self-serve prospecting workflow. ZoomInfo is better suited to account-based programs with CRM and intent requirements, while Apollo.io is easier for smaller teams wanting one prospecting and engagement tool.

Does ZoomInfo train AI models on customer data?

ZoomInfo's privacy policy says it may use information to fine-tune or train language and other AI models. Its AI acceptable-use policy also restricts customers from sending ZoomInfo licensed materials to external AI systems for training, fine-tuning, or model development. Customers should review their contract, data-processing terms, integrations, and enabled AI features before submitting internal or third-party information.

Can businesses use ZoomInfo Copilot commercially?

Copilot was designed for commercial sales and marketing work, but use is governed by the applicable license, privacy obligations, and AI acceptable-use policy. Customers remain responsible for lawful processing and data-subject rights. ZoomInfo's policy requires human review for AI content and prohibits using AI content for legally significant automated decisions without human oversight.
