The critical pricing point: Notion AI is no longer available as a standalone $10/month add-on. Since May 2025, new subscribers need the Business plan at $15/user/month to access any AI features. If you are on Free or Plus and want AI, that is the path.
AI Meeting Notes is the easiest feature to put a dollar value on. If your team has regular meetings where someone currently takes notes or transcribes audio, the time saved typically covers the cost of the upgrade within the first week.
